Water resistant and waterproof Kindle covers are a great addition to any Kindle owners collection of accessories. In the past the completely waterproof covers that have been reviewed weren’t too great for everyday use, meaning you bought the cover to use on a few choice occasions. Sure it is worth the investment, but a little harder to actually make the buy. This water resistant Kindle sleeve by DURAGADGET is designed as an everyday case which shields your Kindle from rain and moisture.

Ok so it is important to know the DURAGADGET sleeve isn’t completely waterproof, so don’t go off and submerge it in water. Because it is designed to accommodate a number of Kindle versions, the sleeve won’t be as form fitting as a Kindle 4 sleeve or Kindle Touch sleeve that is made specifically for one device.
The sleeve cover is made of neoprene. It also has an external storage pocket positioned similar to the rooCase Kindle Touch Cover. When you are using your Kindle just unzip the cover and you are ready. The cover folds flat so it won’t be in the way.
So what about the price? You can get one for $10.49. Surprised? I was too. I expected the sleeve would have a higher price point as it is water resistant. At any rate the cover is priced quite low compared to other sleeves.
Again the DURAGADGET Kindle Sleeve is designed to accommodate a number of Kindle models, so it isn’t exactly form fitting. It will work with 4th Generation Kindle, Kindle Fire, Kindle Touch and Kindle Keyboard (Kindle 3rd Generation). At this point there are only two user reviews posted on Amazon. One is solid while the other faults the case for not being form fitting. Overall a good Kindle cover for the price.
