Since the JKase covers are designed only for use with the Kindle 4, they have some features that other multi-device covers couldn’t have. For instance, the JKase Folio cover has special cut-outs on the sides which make it easy to access the page-up and page-down buttons. The buttons on the front of the Kindle 4 are completely unobstructed. The JKase Kindle 4 cover fits in just a way that you never have to remove your device from the cover, which is probably why you want to buy it in the first place.
The only drawback to the cover is that the top opening can’t be secured shut. While this hasn’t affected user reviews, I thought it was worth mentioning. This isn’t a huge problem if you aren’t planning on reading upside down. The executive version of the JKase Kindle 4 cover, which I’ll get to below, addresses this minor flaw.
You may be wondering how they can sell a leather Kindle case for such a low price. It’s simple, the leather is actually synthetic. This in no way takes away from the visual appearance of the JKase Kindle 4 cover, but it does wear slightly differently than real leather does.

JKase Executive Kindle 4 Cover
I mentioned the Executive Jkase cover briefly above, so let me give you a little more info about it. Like the Folio Cover, The Executive is also quite inexpensive (currently $9.98). This is only available in one color pattern- black/gray. The two biggest changes to the cover were the addition of a flap to secure the top of your Kindle 4 and a one handed reading grip. Instead of a pocket on the inner part of the front flap, it is has a cut out that is designed to make reading even easier and more secure.
